BOYGAR'S Chat — Privacy Policy
Who the app is for
BOYGAR'S Chat (Android package com.boygars.chat, web chat.boygars.com) is the internal messenger of Boygars LLC. It is available only to employees of Boygars LLC who sign in through the company's identity system (Smart Assistant). There are no public accounts, no advertising and no sale of data.
What data is processed
Employee profile data from the company directory (name, position, department, photo, work contacts); messages, files, voice messages and call history created in the chat; technical data needed to run the service (session cookies, device push tokens, IP address and app version in server logs). Microphone and camera are used only during calls and voice messages that the user starts; nothing is recorded in the background.
Why
To provide internal communication between employees: messaging, calls, notifications and, at the user's request, translation and transcription of messages.
Where data is stored and who receives it
Data is stored on servers controlled by Boygars LLC. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service and the browser's push service; notification content is limited to the sender, chat name and a short preview. Call media is transmitted directly between devices or via the company's relay (TURN) server. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention and deletion
Messages and files are kept while the employee works for the company and are handled according to the company's internal policies afterwards. Users can delete their own messages; sessions and device registrations can be closed in the app settings. Requests about personal data: it@boygars.com.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to authenticated employees and administrators of Boygars LLC.

Мессенджер обрабатывает:
- данные профиля сотрудника из справочника компании;
- сообщения, файлы и голосовые, а также историю звонков;
- технические данные для работы сервиса: сессии, токены уведомлений, журналы сервера.
Микрофон и камера используются только во время звонков и записи голосовых, которые начал сам пользователь. Данные хранятся на серверах компании. Уведомления доставляются через Firebase, Apple Push и push-сервис браузера, в уведомлении — только отправитель, название чата и короткий текст. Вопросы о персональных данных — it@boygars.com.
